El Penocillo Playa and views to Nerja.
The next big thing on the Costa? We went to take a stroll along El Penocillo to see what was happening. El Penocillo is the area just outside of Torrox Costa, along the N340 heading towards Nerja. It is being developed at the moment.

Its close to the delights of Nerja. Offers stunning views of the mountains. Although it is next door to Torrox Costa, you don't have the views of the horrible high rise apartment blocks. Could be a good investment.
