I applied for this last year. I was told it would be ready in "Octubre". I thought I would leave it until November before I went and collected it. four visits later and they still hadn't done it. The last time I went the place was closed for two weeks for building works.
So what happens when I go on Tuesday morning to get my card. It seems like the whole population wanted to go as well. Better luck next time.
